Our Key Services

We'd love for you to take a look at our Services, all designed to help parents like you to smoothly navigate those, sometimes overwhelming statutory processes and procedures. Our goal is to empower you to stand up for your child's best interests with confidence and clarity. Let’s embark on this journey together!

EHC Needs Assessments

This includes guidance throughout the process, particularly in circumstances where the local authority chooses not to proceed with the assessment or with an Educational Health and Care Plan/Statement of SEN.

Annual Reviews

Help to provide supporting evidence for Annual Reviews of EHCP/Statement of SEN when you or school wish to make requests to Local Authorities for extra provision. Also support if timeframes are not met.

Challenging Decisions

Supporting families to challenge decisions, seek transparency and  ensure necessary duty of care laws are adhered to.  We can provide case sensitive correspondence to support your communications, especially to help you make a case for your parental preference.

Statutory Process Guidance

Guidance offered throughout every stage of the SEND statutory processes for families and young people.
